What We Do

We are a SQF, sustainable, GFSI and Kosher certified, co-packing company that specializes in the manufacturing of retail CPG goods and wholesale back-of-house bulk products. We operate a full scale commercial kitchen and co-packing facility with the capabilities and capacity to help clients nationwide.

Our new state-of-the-art facility enables us to provide our clients with a simple and seamless turn-key process. We understand better than anyone that going from the kitchen to the consumer can be overwhelming, and we can help. Our team is small enough to be nimble and provide the personal service to solve any issues while prepared enough to handle national accounts.

With over 100 years in the food services industry, Frogmore Bottling Company is the ideal partner for recipe formulation, brand development, restaurant solutions, bottling, and co-packing. We're here to help our clients progress the product out of the kitchen and into the hand of the consumer.

Our Process

Frogmore Bottling Company works with a wide range of clients who enjoy our modern facility, depth of expertise, and personal approach.

1

THE DISCOVERY SESSION

Let’s get to know one another! Fill out our Discovery Form, then we’ll schedule a Discovery Session either in-person or via conference call. Here, we’ll learn about your company, your goals, and discuss the different ways Frogmore Bottling Company can help you achieve success.

As part of the Discovery phase we will also discuss financial and legal responsibilities for each party, review/sign our non-disclosure agreement, obtain a credit application and references, and review our co-packing/private labeling contract terms and conditions.

2

PRODUCT RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Once we mutually agree to working together the process becomes easy!

  • We Send you and Mutual NDA to protect both Parties
  • We send you our Client production agreement for review and execution
  • You send us a complete branded and weighted recipe
  • We will review the preparation process currently being used when making your recipe, review ingredients, and then schedule an appointment for you to come to our kitchen and prepare your recipe alongside our Executive Chef.
  • Select your packaging. We have a complete showroom of available options- including glass, plastic, and lid selections.
3

PRODUCT APPROVAL

You come to our test kitchen and make the product(s) with us. No one is better at this than you so please don't expect us to be either. We will just replicate on a larger scale what you do.

Once you sign off on this product we will create a set of COA data points specific to your recipes a template for every product run.

After we create the recipe and you agree that it tastes just the way you like it, you will officially sign off. This documentation will be sent for official review by an FDA certified agency and will be the binding documentation by which we will eventually process your product. We generally allow several weeks in the production schedule for completion of step 3.

4

PRICING AND PACKAGING

We have the recipe nailed. We understand your process. Time to start making money.

Please remember, if you use expensive ingredients and have an elaborate process, your product will be expensive. This is your choice.

Unit pricing is determined during this phase. The price given is an estimate that includes the facility fees, packaging (bottles, lids), ingredients, process letter, barcode application (when applicable), and labor. Label design and printing is not included.

  • All labels must meet FDA Compliance Guidelines prior to manufacturing a product. Clients must submit a letter stating their label meets compliance by a certified agency such as the South Carolina Department of Agriculture.
  • All labels must match the Process Letter issued by an FDA certified agency.

If you cannot supply these, we can help!

5

PRODUCTION

The best part of the day at Frogmore Bottling Company is sealing the last case of a delicious product for a happy client! Volume is our friend, and ultimately yours.
